GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Orders will be accepted exclusively in written form by e-mail, by filling in all the fields of the format highlighted on the website www.laboratoriomariucci.com. The technical information contained therein may be subject to changes and adjustments without prior notice. Laboratorio Mariucci reserves the right to evaluate and accept online orders by means of a specific order confirmation.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices shown on the current price list are in Euro currency and include VAT. All prices on the aforementioned price list may involve automatic updating without notice. The payment by the customer must take place in the manner indicated on the website.
FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
Laboratorio Mariucci reserves the right to fulfill orders, even partially or with split deliveries, unless the buyer expressly requests complete fulfillment in a single shipment by a specifically indicated date.
SHIPPING AND RATES
Shipments will be made by means of the transporters currently available from Laboratorio Mariucci. If the carrier is chosen and appointed for any reason by the buyer, Laboratorio Mariucci declines all responsibility after the goods have left its warehouses.
Delivery, unless otherwise agreed, will normally and approximately within five working days of order confirmation, during office hours: 9: 00-12: 30, 14: 00-18: 00 from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
The payment of customs duties will be charged to the customer in relation to each individual shipment, and their amount will be determined according to the law in force in the country of destination, and communicated to the customer by the courier only at the time of delivery. In case of non-payment of the charges by the customer, the delivery will not be carried out and the order will be canceled, and the amount of any customs charges anticipated by Laboratorio Mariucci will be deducted from the price paid by the customer, without prejudice to the right of Laboratorio Mariucci to request reimbursement of costs incurred for shipping.
INTEGRITY OF GOODS
At the time of delivery, the buyer has the responsibility of verifying the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancy, the buyer must collect the goods with reserve and send written notification to Laboratorio Mariucci within eight days of receipt. Any report beyond the indicated deadlines will not be taken into consideration.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may withdraw from the contract in writing, without additional costs or penalties at his own expense and without the burden of motivation, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by written communication using the form on the site in the "contacts" section and / or to the "conditions of sale" section; the return of the goods will be governed by the following clause.
RETURN OF GOODS
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the customer may request Laboratorio Mariucci for any reason and at any time to collect the goods delivered, by e-mail to email@example.com. The request must clearly indicate the reason, in addition to the references of the invoice or the transport and delivery document. The request will be evaluated by Laboratorio Mariucci, which will respond to the customer as soon as possible, and in case of acceptance will proceed to take back the goods. In any case, the products must be returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging or in any case repackaged in order to guarantee safe transport. The shipment must take place exclusively in free port. The return must be received no later than 30 days from the acceptance of Laboratorio Mariucci. However, the customer will remain responsible for any damage to the goods or decrease in the value of the goods resulting from improper handling or alteration of the goods, or from negligence or carelessness of the carrier.
WARRANTY FOR DEFECTS OF CONFORMITY OF THE GOODS
Laboratorio Mariucci lends to customers who purchase as consumers the legal guarantee referred to in the Consumer Code approved with Legislative Decree 06/09/2005, n. 206, for any lack of conformity of the goods with respect to the customer's order. According to the law, therefore, the consumer customer will have the right to restore the conformity of the goods free of charge by repair or replacement, or, if this is not possible, to a reduction in the purchase price or to the termination of the contract. The guarantee will be effective if the lack of conformity occurs within two years from the delivery of the goods. The consumer customer will have the duty to report the lack of conformity to Laboratorio Mariucci within two months of its discovery. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by tampering, neglect, transport or any activity attributable to the customer and unrelated to the control of Laboratorio Mariucci.
Laboratorio Mariucci will carry out small repairs at the customer's request, at no cost to the customer except for shipping costs. For more complex repairs or interventions, the real cost of labor and the material used for the repair will be charged to the customer, at no additional cost, after notifying the customer of the cost estimate, and subject to its acceptance.
LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES
The buyer undertakes to verify the integrity and quality of the product purchased at the time of delivery, exempting Laboratorio Mariucci from any liability arising from any dispute with the end user of the products purchased. It is understood that Laboratorio Mariucci undertakes, within the terms provided for by the guarantee clause, exclusively towards its customer and direct purchaser, who assumes every burden of communicating and illustrating to its possible buyers the scope of the responsibilities of Laboratorio Mariucci and the present general conditions of sale. The conditions contained in this document may be changed without notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Commercial relations between Laboratorio Mariucci and buyers are governed exclusively by the following general conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement unless agreed in writing. For any unforeseen aspect, Italian law will be applicable, including for the interpretation of the conditions themselves. For any dispute that may arise regarding the application, execution, interpretation of the contract or the general conditions of the contract, the Court of Milan, Italy will be competent. However, without prejudice to the protection guaranteed to the consumer customer by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which he habitually resides or is domiciled.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE FULFILLED?
Your order will be shipped within 5 working days of payment confirmation, but times may be shorter if the items are immediately available. In case of holidays, the goods will leave on the first working day. If, on the other hand, the items are out of stock in all our Stores, the staff will contact you within 48 hours to inform you about the time needed for production, to offer you an alternative or, finally, for a refund.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs with SDA courier depend on the weight of the goods and the shipping location; they are always clearly indicated in the shopping cart relating to the order even before making the payment.
WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF TRANSPORT?
To guarantee a fast and efficient delivery service, we entrust deliveries only to express couriers with whom we have signed specific agreements to ensure safe shipments at sustainable costs. We mainly use SDA, but you may also receive the goods from another forwarder.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Of course. At the time of collection we will send you an email with the name of the carrier and a goods tracking code (Tracking number). Starting from the following 24 hours, by accessing the carrier's website or from your profile, you will be able to monitor the transport until delivery.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Times depend on the carrier and the final geographical area. For deliveries in Italy the average transport times are equal to 72 hours, 5-7 working days in the case of the Islands. For EU destinations, delivery takes 5 to 7 days. For shipments to EXTRA EU countries (Transatlanticshipment), on the other hand, the time required varies between 7 and 11 days. Once the goods are entrusted to the carrier, Laboratorio Mariucci is not responsible for delays in delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT PRESENT AT DELIVERY?
The courier makes two attempts: if in both cases you are absent and untraceable you will have to personally collect the goods from the carrier's warehouses, bearing the relative custody charges. In case of failure to collect and return the goods to Laboratorio Mariucci, the amount of the custody, transport and delivery charges will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you.
CAN I COLLECT OR HAVE THE GOODS COLLECTED DIRECTLY FROM THE STORE?
Yes, at the moment exclusively at our store in Viale Gorizia 30, 20144 - Milan during normal opening hours which are clearly indicated on the site in the "shops" section.
CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM MINE?
Sure, enter the new one in the "My Addresses" section on your Profile and select it before payment. The confirmation procedures (order, payment, shipping) will be notified on your email and the tax documentation will be sent to your address, while the goods will be delivered to the recipient with only the accompanying documents.
RETURNS & REFUNDS WILL I RECEIVE THE GOODS AS I SEE IT IN THE PICTURE?
Of course, all the articles present on the site Laboratoire.com correspond exactly to the images on the relevant card. Any variations in color from the monitor to reality can be attributed to subjective perceptions and to the specific settings of the screen of the media used.
I HAVE FOUND MICRO VARIATIONS IN THE TEXTURE OF THE SKIN, IS IT NORMAL?
All our products undergo a strict quality control during all stages of the manufacturing process. Being products made with natural leathers, any nuances or surface micro imperfections, when they do not clearly derive from damage or injuries subsequent to production or packaging, can never be considered defects. On the contrary, they represent characteristic details that guarantee the exclusive value of the product and the excellence of the leather used, as well as the treatments reserved for it.
CAN I RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE?
If for any reason your order does not satisfy you, within and no later than 14 days from receipt you can exercise the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005) by immediately informing Laboratorio Mariucci by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The return must be approved by our staff once the goods have been received.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, with the relevant warranty tags and accompanied by the return form Laboratorio Mariucci completed and accompanied by the sales tax documents, all in original. If you wish, you can return the goods using our couriers, or rely on another carrier of your choice. The costs of returning the goods to Laboratorio Mariucci will in all cases be at your expense.
CAN I GET THE REFUND OF THE EXPENSE?
Once your return has been received, the Laboratorio Mariucci staff will check that all the requirements have been met. If so, you will receive a confirmation email. If, on the other hand, a decrease in the value of the returned items is found, you will be notified of the value of the compensation reduced by way of reduction. In any case, the refund will be made within 14 days from the return of the goods and net of delivery costs.

All Laboratorio Mariucci items are supported by the guarantees provided for by the Italian legislation in force, or for purchases made online, the customer is assisted by the Guarantee of Conformity provided by the seller and by the Guarantee of good functioning provided by the manufacturer. WHEN CAN I EXERCISE THE WARRANTY?
In all cases where the goods received do not result from the order sent and confirmed. Furthermore, the guarantee is exercisable if the packaging of the goods received is corrupted, or the items are clearly damaged, or show operating defects.
I HAVE RECEIVED A TAMPERED PACKAGE WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If, upon delivery, you find damage to the packaging (destroyed, opened or wet package), before signing the receipt, immediately check the integrity of the goods and formally contest the problem to the courier. CARE OF THE PRODUCT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALL ARTISAN PRODUCTS MADE IN ITALY?
Of course, Laboratorio Mariucci products are all made in Italy with exclusively natural leathers (leather or full-grain calfskin), tanned, dyed and worked according to ancient artisanal methods, modeled using the most sophisticated technologies and scrupulously finished by hand. For this reason, every small imperfection, sign or micro defect of the skin is to be considered a valuable element that certifies its originality and enhances and strengthens its uniqueness.
WHAT CERTIFIES THAT ITEMS ARE MADE IN ITALY?
The Made in Italy certification is indicated internally with the words “Genuine Leather Made in Italy”, in some cases it is accompanied by a tricolor flag in fabric and is further shown on the tag accompanying the product.
WHAT DOES VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER MEAN?
Vegetable tanned leather undergoes a very slow manufacturing process based on tannins extracted from tree bark. It is a very ancient, ecological and extremely valuable traditional Tuscan procedure, able to make the leathers soft, light, soft to the touch and with aesthetic characteristics of great naturalness. The leather that undergoes this type of processing, being very delicate, requires special care and particular respect for use.
HOW DO I BE SURE IT IS TRULY VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER?
The use of this tanning method is certified by a specific additional tag bearing the trademark of the Consortium Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather, it is accompanied by anti-counterfeiting methods and by progressive and registered numbering.
HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY LEATHER BAG?
All natural leathers require specific precautions in use and maintenance to guarantee long-lasting shine, integrity and elastic softness. The first rule is not to overload the bag, periodically moisturize it using a neutral wax. Never rub hard or use hard bristle brushes. It is also essential to keep it away from humidity and direct heat sources, perfumes, solvents and oily substances (make-up).
MY BAG GETS WET WHAT CAN I DO?
To avoid indelible halos or the formation of pangs and cracks, never expose the skin directly to the hot air of the hairdryer and do not place the bag on heaters to speed up drying. Instead, blot the wet area with a dry cloth and let it air dry naturally for as long as necessary.
HOW TO STORE A BAG THAT I NO LONGER USE?
After use, bags, bags, suitcases and accessories must be completely emptied of their contents, ventilated and dusted gently using a soft cloth.
